Known for its laid-back atmosphere, cool climate and impressive countryside views, it does not take long to work out why the British were so keen to build a hill station here. Be warned though, the evenings tend to get very cold, especially in-between the months of December to February. So much so that some properties even feature fireplaces, a rarity in Myanmar.
